Offered throughout the calendar year, the Adelaide Strikers Holiday Programs are tailored for children aged 5 - 10. Perfect for entry level beginner participants and those still developing their foundational skills and understanding of the sport. Programs are available in 1 or 2-day formats and include a variety of engaging cricket drills, activities, and mini-games. All programs are designed to be fun, fast-paced, and adaptable, providing a safe and supportive environment where participants can learn, socialise, and get into Cricket!
We are currently running our early bird pricing! This early bird pricing has been automatically applied with the correct prices listed below.
Early bird pricing will finish 09:00am Monday 17 November 2025. At which time, pricing for holiday programs will revert to our general $110 for Adelaide Oval programs and $90 for all other programs.

FAQs
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment should they have it, however it must be clearly labelled. SACA will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced equipment.
Participants should also bring:
- Hat
- Drink Bottle
- Lunch and Snacks (no kiosk facilities available)
Please note: Under no circumstances are 'hard' Cricket Balls to be brought or used at the 5-10's program.
DOES MY CHILD GET A PACK?
Yes. The registration fee includes a participant pack. The main pack is sent directly the child. Any Strikers exclusive items would be given out at the program.
WHO ARE THE COACHES?
Groups of approx. 12 - 14 kids will be coached by one of the South Australian Cricket Association’s enthusiastic and accredited coaches.
WILL GIRLS-ONLY GROUP BE AVAILABLE?
Girls who register for the Adelaide Strikers Holiday Program will be grouped together where possible, unless otherwise specified upon registration. These groups will also be led by one of our fantastic female coaches where possible.
CAN I USE MY GOVERNMENT SPORTS VOUCHER TO RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?
No. Unfortunately, the Adelaide Strikers Holiday Programs do not meet the eligibility criteria, so participants will be unable to register using their Sports Voucher.
WILL I RECEIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION?
All participants will receive an email in the 2-3 business days prior to their first session confirming any program-specific information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROGRAM IS AFFECTED BY WEATHER?
We will do everything possible to adapt the program to avoid rain or extreme heat. If a session does have to be cancelled, families will be notified via email and provided the opportunity to participate in another session where possible.
WE ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND ALL SESSIONS AT OUR PREFERRED VENUE. CAN I STILL REGISTER?
Yes! If you are unable to attend a session at the program for which you register, please contact us at holidayprograms@adelaidestrikers.com.au. We will endeavor to accommodate your child at another program of your choice unless capacity is reached.
ARE PARENTS/GUARDIANS EXPECTED TO STAY AT THE VENUE FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION?
No. Once your child is checked in with their coach, parents and guardians are welcome to leave and return at minimum 10 minutes prior to the end of the session.
