Memberships for the Adelaide Strikers BBL|15 and WBBL|11 seasons will open on Tuesday 1 July 2025.

You can renew your Adelaide Strikers Membership/s online or via phone.

To renew online:

1. Log into your Membership Account here.
2. Select ‘pay now’ on your 2025/26 renewal invoice.
3. Proceed to checkout.

To renew via phone:

1. Call Adelaide Strikers Member Service on (08) 8300 3898.
2. Payments are accepted via credit card (VISA or Mastercard only).

If you wish to make a change to your auto-renewed 2025/26 Membership/s or to purchase additional Memberships, please contact Adelaide Strikers Member Services before renewing.

Early Bird Pricing was introduced to reward renewing and new Members who join prior to Thursday 14 August. As a reward, Membership pricing is held at last season’s standard price from 1 July 2025 to 14 August 2025.

Please note, some Memberships do not have Early Bird Pricing as there has been no change to pricing for the upcoming season.

Yes! Memberships can be purchased on an auto-renew Five Monthly Payment Plan, which allows you to split the cost of your Membership/s over five monthly instalments.

The instalment schedule for the Five Monthly Payment Plan commences on 1 august 2025 and concludes on 1 December 2025. For more information and Terms and Conditions, click here.

There is also an option to pay for your Membership upfront and sign up for auto-renew.

Simply select the desired plan at the checkout when purchasing online or let our friendly Member Services team know when purchasing over the phone.

Communication is sent to all Members on an Upfront or Five Monthly Payment Plan prior to the renewal period opening.

You will be able to renew your Membership from Tuesday 1 July 2025 and receive communications about how to renew.

Members with a Reserved Seat Membership must renew by Tuesday 2 September 2025 to retain their current allocated seat. After this date, any seats that are not renewed will be cancelled and released for others to purchase.  

Yes! Reserved Seat Members have access to either Gold or Silver seating options. Simply select the God or Silver Reserved Seat Membership option and choose your seats from the available options.

If you currently have a Reserved Seat Membership and wish to move seats, please contact Adelaide Strikers Member Services from 1 July 2025, prior to renewing, to discuss other seating options.

Yes, it is!

Can’t make it to a match? Share the Strikers action with family and friends if you unable to attend. It’s easy to share your mobile Membership barcode through your Strikers Membership Account, or you can pass on your physical Member Card.

Adelaide Strikers Concession Membership prices apply to:

• Pension Card holders (aged; single parent; disability).
• Student Card holders (full time only).
• Veterans Affairs Concession Card holders.

Concession is not available for unemployed, Seniors Card, Health Care or Health Benefit Card holders. All concession Members are required to produce appropriate identification when attending games.

To update online

1. Log into your Membership Account here.
2. Select ‘manage account’.
3. Update relevant details.

Please note, to maintain data and privacy security, it is recommended that you do not share any payment details via email. It is recommended that these details are updated via phone call or online.

Yes. Members who opt into the Upfront or Five Monthly Payment Plan will have their Membership automatically rolled over to the next season via auto-renewal. Please note, Memberships that are purchased online automatically opt into auto-renewal. Once payments are completed Members can opt out of auto-renewal if they wish.

Communications will be sent to all Members on a Payment Plan prior to renewal. 

If you have lost your Member Card, you can access your Mobile Member Card.

If you are unable to access your Mobile Member Card, please visit Member services at an Adelaide Strikers Home Match and one of our friendly staff members will be able to assist. Member Services are located at the Southern and Northern ticket boxes at Adelaide Oval, and at the Western ticket box at Karen Rolton Oval.

No, match access is only granted for the specific Membership type.

WBBL and WBBL Add-On Memberships grant access to Adelaide Strikers WBBL Home Matches at Adelaide Oval and Karen Rolton Oval.

BBL Reserved Seat and GA Memberships grant access to Adelaide Strikers BBL Home Match at Adelaide Oval. As a BBL Member, you can purchase a WBBL Add-On Membership for a discounted price to an existing BBL Membership!

Children under the age of 5 do not require a Membership for entry to Adelaide Strikers Home Matches, with the understanding they do not require a seat. If a child under the age of 5 requires a seat, they will need a Membership or ticket.

Can’t make it to a match? You can watch all the Adelaide Strikers action on Channel 7, Foxtel, Kayo Sports and streamed live on cricket.com.au.

Adelaide Strikers members have access to the exclusive Adelaide Strikers Member Store. As a Member benefit, you are entitled to credit that can be redeem in the store! All active Members will receive communication about the Adelaide Strikers Member Store and how to log in and redeem credit!

Adelaide Strikers members receive a 10% discount off Cricket Australia Official BBL and WBBL merchandise when purchased online or at the venue on a match day. Further Member discounts throughout the year will be communicated to Members via email.
