• When will Adelaide Strikers Memberships be available for the upcoming season?

  Memberships will be available from Monday 6 July 2026.

• What Membership Products are available?

  Adelaide Strikers Reserved Seat Membership – your all access pass to Strikers BBL and WBBL matches at Adelaide Oval and Karen Rolton Oval.  

  Adelaide Strikers General Admission Membership – your all access pass to Strikers BBL and WBBL matches at Adelaide Oval and Karen Rolton Oval 

  Adelaide Strikers WBBL Membership – your dedicated WBBL Memberships for matches at Adelaide Oval and Karen Rolton Oval.

• Why have you gone digital? I’d prefer a physical card.

  We’ve introduced digital memberships as part of our commitment to operating more sustainably and making memberships easier to use. Many Members told us they prefer having their Membership accessible on their phone, so they don’t need to remember to bring a card on match day. 

  Your digital Membership gives you instant access to your use benefits and match day access in one place, quick, convenient, and always with you. It also helps us reduce waste and focus our resources on creating better value and experiences for members.

• Why is the Strikers Member Store no longer offered?

  We regularly review our Member benefits to ensure they deliver genuine value. 

  Feedback from across the past two seasons showed that the Member Store was not an experience many Members were actively using or valuing. 

  In response, we’ve focused on benefits that give Members exclusive experiences and more opportunities to enjoy live cricket. 

• What about a SACA Big Bash Membership?

  The SACA Big Bash Membership is the perfect way to experience the SACA Members’ Area for BBL and WBBL matches at Adelaide Oval.

• How do I renew my Membership?

  It is now easier than ever to renew your Membership online! Follow the steps below to complete your Membership renewal.  

  1. Log into your Membership Account here.  

  1. Select ‘pay now’ on your 2026/27 renewal invoice.  

  1. Proceed to checkout.  
• Can I pay for my Membership in instalments and/or set up auto-renew?

  Yes! Memberships can be purchased or renewed on a Five Monthly Payment Plan which allows you to split the cost of your Membership over five equal monthly instalments from 1 August 2026 through to 1 December 2026. 

  There is also an option to set up your Membership on an Upfront Auto-Renew Plan.

• Who is eligible for a Concession Membership?

  Adelaide Strikers Concession Membership prices apply to:  

  • Pension Card holders (aged; single parent; disability).  

  • Student Card holders (full time only).  

  • Veterans Affairs Concession Card holders.  

  Concession pricing is not available for unemployed, Seniors Card, Health Care or Health Benefit Card holders. All concession Members are required to produce appropriate identification when attending games.    

    

• I have a Companion Card, how can my Companion attend the match with me?

  Memberships are available for those Members who hold a Companion Card. For further information, please contact Adelaide Strikers Member Services by email strikers@adelaidestrikers.com.au.  

• Are Memberships available for wheelchair or accessible seating?

  Yes! We have Memberships available for wheelchair and accessible seating requirements (and carers if applicable). For further information, please contact Adelaide Strikers Member Services by email strikers@adelaidestrikers.com.au.  

• Who is eligible for a Junior Membership?

  To be eligible for a Junior Membership, the individual must be under the age of 18 as at Tuesday 1 September 2026.  

  Children under the age of 5 do not require a Membership for entry to Adelaide Strikers Home Matches, with the understanding they do not require a seat. If a child under the age of 5 requires a seat, they will need a Membership or ticket.  

• How can I update my details?

  It is important that your Membership account has your updated details, so you don’t miss out on important information! You can easily update your details online.  

  To update online  

  1. Log into your Membership Account here.  

  1. Select ‘manage account’.  

  1. Update relevant details.  

  Alternatively, details can be updated via email at strikers@adelaidestrikers.com.au.   

  Please note, to maintain data and privacy security, it is recommended that you do not share any payment details via email. It is recommended that these details are updated online.  

• Is it possible to relocate seats?

  If you’d like to explore different seating options, please email strikers@adelaidetsrikes.com.au with your new seating request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
