Take your cricket skills to the next level these school holidays! Our Junior Masterclass sessions are designed for boys and girls (ages 10-17) who are already playing club cricket but are wanting to take their skills to the next level and train like a Striker at Adelaide Oval.
This is a skills development program, not talent ID - it's about great coaching, fun sessions, and practical tools to help every player improve their game.

SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 2026 SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Pick from a Batting or All-Rounder skills session to hone your craft and have some fun! All sessions are held at Adelaide Oval Indoor Centre, and will include a chance to train on Adelaide Oval Number 2 (weather dependent).
Wednesday 30 September 2026
- 9am - 12pm (Ages 10-13) Batting Workshop
- 1pm - 4pm (Ages 14-17) Batting Workshop
Tuesday 6 October 2026
- 9am - 12pm (Ages 10-13) All-Rounder Workshop - Mix of batting, bowling and fielding
- 1pm - 4pm (Girls Only Session, Ages 10-16) All-Rounder Workshop - Mix of batting, bowling and fielding
Provided Playing Shirt:
All participants will receive an exclusive Adelaide Strikers training shirt.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
All registrations and payments must be made online prior to the session. Open program details including registration links are available above.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Junior players will be required to bring their own protective equipment including:
- Bat
- Pads
- Gloves
- Abdominal guard
- Helmet
Players should also bring:
- A Hat
- A drinks bottle
- Snack/s
WHO ARE THE COACHES?
Each group will be managed by one of the South Australian Cricket Association’s enthusiastic and accredited coaches. Participants will be in groups of 8-10.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE REGISTRATION FEE?
For the registration fee of $165 your child will receive a morning or afternoon of cricket activities from our accredited coaches, an exclusive Adelaide Strikers shirt (See photo of merchandise pack), bowling or batting accessories.

CAN I USE MY GOVERNMENT SPORTS VOUCHER TO RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?
No. Unfortunately, the Adelaide Strikers Junior Masterclass sessions do not meet the eligibility criteria, so players will be unable to register using their Sports Voucher.
WILL I RECEIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS PRIOR TO THE FIRST SESSION?
All players will receive an email in the week prior to their program confirming any specific information required for the session.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROGRAM IS AFFECTED BY WEATHER?
Depending on the time of the year, season and venue availability, the Adelaide Strikers Junior Masterclass sessions may be held at different venues. Please check the details for your preferred program at the time of booking.
ARE PARENTS/GUARDIANS EXPECTED TO STAY AT THE VENUE FOR THE FULL SESSION?
No. Once your child is checked in with their team coach, parents and guardians are welcome to leave and return 10-15 minutes prior to the end of the session. The program utilises both indoor and outdoor facilities at Adelaide Oval, and due to room and safety we ask that parents do not remain with their child in the indoor centre.
