The Adelaide Strikers have named their 13-man squad for their final away game of BBL|15.
Wrist spinner Tabraiz Shamsi returns to the set up for the clash at the MCG against the Melbourne Stars.
Tim Paine's team are coming off the back of a tough result against the Perth Scorchers, losing by 32 runs.
On what was a very good batting track, the Scorchers scored 232, with leg spinners Lloyd Pope (2-36) and Cameron Boyce (1-31) the pick of the Strikers attack.
In the second innings, Alex Carey and Matt Short combined for an explosive 93-run opening stand before the skipper was dismissed for 52.
Carey battled on, but eventually fell for 71 off 39 balls and, despite a late innings cameo from Cameron Boyce, the Strikers fell short.
Left-arm quick Luke Wood is replaced by Shamsi in the squad.
Squad of 13: Hassan Ali, Cameron Boyce, Alex Carey, Mackenzie Harvey, Chris Lynn, Harry Manenti, Jamie Overton, Lloyd Pope, Jason Sangha, Liam Scott, Tabraiz Shamsi, Matt Short and Henry Thornton.
