The Adelaide Strikers are set to deliver the biggest New Year's Eve party in South Australia, today announcing that iconic Australian rock band Birds of Tokyo will headline the post-match entertainment at Adelaide Oval.
Tickets are now on sale for all Adelaide Strikers home matches for the upcoming season, including the much-anticipated New Year's Eve blockbuster against the Brisbane Heat.
Following the on-field action, fans will be treated to a spectacular light and sound show as Birds of Tokyo take to the stage to perform their biggest anthems, including ‘Plans’, ‘Lanterns’ and ‘Silhouettic’.
For those wanting to party on after the match, the New Year’s Eve Post-Match Bash will return and be held on the Lindsay Head Terrace. Located on Level 5 of the Riverbank Stand, the party offers the best seats in the house for the city's fireworks display.
Tickets to the party include entertainment, light refreshments, and access to bar facilities, providing a vibrant and unforgettable way to bring in the new year.
Birds of Tokyo lead singer, Ian Kenny, said the band was thrilled to be part of the iconic Adelaide event.
