Tahlia McGrath is one of the most damaging all-rounders in the world.
A member of the Adelaide Strikers’ inaugural squad, McGrath has been a mainstay of the side and was appointed captain in WBBL|07 as a testament to her development and leadership on and off the pitch.
McGrath showed her immense potential with three wickets and 47 runs in her Test debut for Australia just two days after her 22nd birthday and has since cemented her place at international level in all formats.
She played a key role in Australia’s undefeated run to Gold Medal glory in the 2022 Commonwealth Games, claiming eight wickets to be her country’s joint top wicket-taker alongside Strikers teammate Megan Schutt while also averaging 43 with the bat.
McGrath is now a two-time WBBL Championship winning captain, leading the Strikers to back-to-back Championships in WBBL|08 and WBBL|09.
