STRIKERS GIRLS ONLY SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
The Adelaide Strikers holiday program is back this summer for girls ages 5 - 10 years old. Play fun and fast cricket activities and games with friends in a social environment, design your own Adelaide Strikers playing top, make your own backyard swing ball and learn about healthy food choices!

STRIKERS GIRLS ONLY SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Participants should bring:
- Hat
- Drink bottle
- Snack
They are also welcome to bring their own bat should they wish and it is clearly labelled.
DOES MY CHILD GET A SHOWBAG?
Yes. The registration fee includes both sessions of the Adelaide Strikers Holiday Program a showbag.
For 2023/24 Holiday Programs, Showbags will include:
- Woolworths Cricket Blast Calico Tote Bag
- Woolworths Cricket Blast or Adelaide Strikers themed Drink Bottle (randomised)
- Adelaide Strikers Squishy (Stress Style) Ball
- Adelaide Strikers Activity Booklet
- Adelaide Strikers Bookmark
- $20 Woolworths Cricket Blast Voucher (electronic)
WHO ARE THE COACHES?
Groups of approx. 12 kids will be coached by one of the South Australian Cricket Association’s enthusiastic and accredited coaches.
WILL GIRLS-ONLY GROUP BE AVAILABLE?
We have a Girls Only program at Kensington.
However, girls who register for the Adelaide Strikers Holiday Program will be grouped together where possible, unless otherwise specified upon registration. These groups will also be led by one of our fantastic female coaches where possible.
DO THE PROGRAMS RUN FOR ONE DAY OR MULTIPLE DAYS?
The Ages 5-10 program runs for two or three sessions. The registration fee listed for each program above includes both sessions at that venue.
CAN I USE MY GOVERNMENT SPORTS VOUCHER TO RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?
No. Unfortunately, the Adelaide Strikers Holiday Programs do not meet the eligibility criteria, so participants will be unable to register using their Sports Voucher.
WILL I RECEIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION?
All participants will receive an email in the week prior to their first session confirming any program-specific information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROGRAM IS AFFECTED BY WEATHER?
We will do everything possible to adapt the program to avoid rain or extreme heat. If a session does have to be cancelled, families will be notified via email and provided the opportunity to participate in another session where possible.
WE ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND ALL SESSIONS AT OUR PREFERRED VENUE. CAN I STILL REGISTER?
Yes! If you are unable to attend a session at the program for which you register, please contact us at holidayprograms@adelaidestrikers.com.au. We will endeavor to accommodate your child at another program of your choice unless capacity is reached.
ARE PARENTS/GUARDIANS EXPECTED TO STAY AT THE VENUE FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION?
No. Once your child is checked in with their coach, parents and guardians are welcome to leave and return 10-15 minutes prior to the end of the session.
