What’s the difference between a Strike Force Member and Strike Force Supporter?

A Strike Force Membership (ticketed and reserved) includes entry to all Adelaide Strikers home matches held at the Adelaide Oval during the 2017-18 season as well as a Membership pack.

A Strike Force non-ticketed Supporter membership does not include entry to any home matches but does contain Strike Force specific merchandise.

Does my Strike Force Membership entitle me to attend away matches?

Certain membership categories include reciprocal rights at away matches. For more information on this, contact our friendly membership team.

Who is eligible for the Concession price?

All Concession ticket holders must produce their Concession cards at the gate upon request. The following concessions are valid for the 2017-18 Season:

If a home match is affected by weather and can’t be completed, am I entitled to a refund on my Adelaide Strikers membership?

Adelaide Strikers members may be eligible for a 20% discount off their BBL|08 membership if there is no result during any of the Adelaide Strikers home games during BBL|07. This discount is only eligible if:

  • less than 15 overs were played during the whole Match; and
  • there was no result recorded in the Match. Members will only be entitled to this discount if they renew for the following BBL|08 season. The discount is capped at 20%, so if multiple home games have no result, then only a total of 20% will be subtracted from their BBL|08 membership fee.

How many matches in the season?

Each Team will play 10 matches, with all Teams having 5 home* matches and 5 away matches.

Note that the fifth home match for the Strikers may be played in a regional venue.

Do I need to provide proof of my Concession?

You will be asked to produce your concession card at the gate on match days in conjunction with your Strike Force Member card.

What age is classified as a Junior?

A Junior Strike Force Member is a Member aged between 6 - 17 years of age (as at 31st August 2017).

What can I do if I leave my Strike Force Member Card at home on match day?

Your membership card is your ticket for entry. You will not be able to access the stadium without it. We are unable to provide replacement cards on match days, so if you forget your membership card, you will need to purchase a ticket from Ticketek outlets at the ground (subject to availability).

When can I buy team merchandise?

Season 2017-18 team merchandise will be available from November via the Online Store. Venue concessions will be available at the venue on all match days.

Where can I buy daily tickets to other BBL matches?

Daily tickets can be purchased from Ticketek online or by phone on 132 849. Tickets for the 2017-2018 season will go on sale in October 2017.

I bought a member hat when I purchased my membership. How can I collect this?

Member New Era caps will be available for collection at the Strike Force membership marquee in the Southern plaza at Adelaide Oval prior to each home game this season. Caps will not be sent out with membership packs.

I've purchased a 2 Game Membership, how do I select which games I'd like to attend?

As a 2 Game member, you do not need to pre-select which games you would like to attend. Simply turn up to the 2 matches throughout the season that you'd wish to attend and scan your membership card at the turnstiles. Once your 2 Game membership card has been scanned into 2 games during the BBL season, it will no longer be valid and cannot be used to scan in to any more matches throughout the BBL season.

As a Strike Force Member what entitlements do I have to access finals tickets?

If the Adelaide Strikers qualify to participate in a Semi Final or Grand Final match and if the Adelaide Strikers is the designated ‘home’ team for the match then all Strike Force Members will be provided with a priority access period to buy tickets to these matches.

If I can't attend a game can someone else use my membership?

No, Adelaide Strikers memberships are non-transferable so only the member can use their membership card.

What time do the gates open?

Details of opening times for gates will be communicated closer to the match, go to www.adelaidestrikers.com.au for all your Adelaide Strikers information.

My child is under 6 years of age. Do I have to buy them a Membership?

Children under six (6) years old are not required to have a Junior Membership to enter the venue on match day however they must not occupy a seat and will need to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. If you wish to purchase a seat for a child under six (6) years old then a Junior Membership or junior match day ticket must be purchased for the child.

Who is not eligible for a Concession?

Dependants listed on a pension card are NOT eligible for concession Strike Force Membership unless they hold their own pension card. The person issued the pension card is the only person eligible for a concession Strike Force Membership. Health Care card holders and concession cards that expire during the KFC Big Bash League season will not be accepted.

What happens if my personal details or address change?

You are able to update your personal details 24/7 at membership.adelaidestrikers.com.au using your login and password details. If you are unsure of these details, please either email strikers@adelaidestrikers.com.au or phone 1300 GO STRIKERS (1300 46 78 74 53 77).

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Yes, however we do require the membership to be purchased in the recipients' name, so you will need to know the name, date of birth, postal address and contact details of the person/s you are purchasing the membership for.

How long does the match last?

The match will last approximately 3 hours.

Is there Wheelchair Seating available for Strikers matches?

Reserved wheelchair seating will be available on Level 1 of the Eastern Stand. There are also many unreserved wheelchair seating options in General Admission areas throughout the stadium.

How do I unsubscribe from Strike Force email communications?

Each email communication sent by the Adelaide Strikers will include a link to unsubscribe from further communications. Alternatively, you can email strikers@adelaidestrikers.com.au or phone 1300 GO STRIKERS (1300 46 78 74 53 77) and request to be unsubscribed from future communications.
