Sophie Devine

Kiwi international Sophie Devine returns for WBBL|02, after she impressed with 224 runs and eight wickets in her first season as a Striker.

Since her full-time transition into cricket in 2015 (after also representing New Zealand in hockey), Devine has become one of the most destructive T20 players in the world; most notably breaking the international record for the fastest half century (18 balls) and 70 (22 balls) in an international T20, which included 32 off one over.

In the off-season, Devine has been busy representing New Zealand and Wellington in white-ball cricket.
