Jake Lehmann

After a great start to domestic competitions this year, Jake Lehmann secured his first BBL contract with the Adelaide Strikers and will be hoping to build on his early form by making his domestic Twenty20 debut.

The young South Australian has enjoyed some impressive performances for the West End Redbacks in 2015, including a stunning knock in his first Sheffield Shield match of the season, scoring 205 off just 242 balls against Tasmania in Hobart.

Lehmann has also enjoyed a habit of seizing opportunities this year, scoring a patient 58 in his first Matador Cup match of the year against Victoria to resurrect the Redbacks innings and be named man-of-the-match.

The son of South Australian legend and current Australian coach Darren Lehmann, the youngster will be confident of impressing Strikers fans if he makes his debut this year.
