The story of Brad Young is one of the great positives of BBL|02 and a highlight for the Adelaide Strikers.
The 39-year-old left-arm spinner was brought into the Strikers squad on the eve of the competition, replacing the injured Jon Holland after a handful of practice matches with the squad.
Young, who was playing locally in the Adelaide Turf competition with Grange, had not played first-class cricket since 2003.
In five games for the Adelaide Strikers, Young took five wickets including hauls of 2/37 against the Melbourne Renegades and 1/11 in his first game against the Sydney Sixers.
Strikers TV caught up with Young to reflect on his journey back to the big stage.
